Alex McAuslan, LMFT

EMDR Therapist

EFT Therapist

My goal in each client’s therapeutic experience is to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and collaborative environment where individuals can heal, learn new skills, and more effectively manage stress and the challenges of life.

My therapy style is client-centered and accepting while also challenging you to encourage growth, increase accountability, and help you unveil your strength and innate abilities.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and earned a Masters of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I utilize mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy.

I strongly believe that by embracing therapy and investing in this commitment to yourself, you can obtain greater peace and overall well-being. I welcome you to contact me so that we can schedule a phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you therapeutically. I would be honored to be a part of your journey and look forward to meeting you!
