Christina Egurrola, LAC, EMDR Therapist.

My name is Christina Egurrola. Born in Arizona, I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and a mother to four children. I have a graduate degree in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University.  One of my mantras as a helping professional is to meet my clients where they are. The process of therapy is not one-size-fits-all; it is multifaceted and diverse, just like the world in which we live. Therefore, I strive to ensure that each client’s uniqueness feels both welcomed and honored in the space we share, and that the work undertaken in this space caters to their individual strengths, experiences, and challenges. I firmly believe that when we connect with clients with compassion, acceptance, understanding, and a little humor, it generates a professional relationship that encourages and strengthens therapeutic outcomes.
