Module: Distress Tolerance
This group is designed to teach teens the skills to effectively manage intense emotions that can lead to impulsive decision-making, problematic behaviors, and unhealthy relationships. Parents will be equal participants to learn more effective ways of engaging with their teens, de-escalating conflict, and managing the challenges of parenting. Join this group together to learn healthier ways to cope and interact!
