About The Daring Way™

Brené Brown's Daring Way is a personal growth and development program based on her research on vulnerability, courage, shame, and empathy. The program is designed to help people learn how to live a more authentic and wholehearted life.

The program is based on the belief that vulnerability is the key to living a full and meaningful life, and that by embracing vulnerability, we can develop greater courage, resilience, and compassion. Through the program, participants learn how to identify and overcome the barriers that prevent them from living authentically, and how to cultivate the courage to show up and be seen in all aspects of their lives.

The Daring Way program includes workshops, online courses, and individual coaching sessions. It is suitable for anyone who is interested in personal growth and development, including individuals, couples, families, and organizations.
