Kelly O'Horo, LPC

EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant

Kelly O'Horo, LPC, has been a therapist since 2010 and fell in love with EMDR therapy as a client first! She is passionate about being a trauma therapist as she has a lot of personal experience with trauma. She is a mother of 5 (four Veterans) and has been married for 24 years to a wonderful man with complex trauma.

They have five grandkids and, as the family's matriarch, with an enneagram of 2, she is a natural helper and healer. Kelly believes the therapy office is the classroom for the "life stuff" our clients weren't taught before, about emotions, coping skills, and developmentally appropriate responses for today. Formerly a teacher of 15 years, she enjoys helping clinicians develop into becoming their best EMDR therapists through the consultation process. Kelly specializes in attachment implicit trauma and dissociation throughout the lifespan.

"The difference between an EMDR therapist that is a carpenter as opposed to a craftsman is rooted in exquisite attunement, excellent consultation, and trust in the process." That is what she has learned from her former mentor, Deany Laliotis. Kelly looks forward to helping you with your journey through becoming a healer and a craftsman as an EMDR Therapist.

Victoria has been practicing EMDR since 2021, after transitioning from a career in early childhood education. She is now a certified EMDR therapist, an AZBBHE approved supervisor, and an adjunct college professor, and strives to empower others through education, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.

Victoria is committed to her professional development to better support both her clients and consultees. She has completed multiple advanced EMDR trainings and continually seeks to refine her skill set. Victoria’s goal is to create an environment where you feel encouraged and supported in your growth, and to provide feedback that helps empower you to cultivate excellence within EMDR. Whether you are just beginning your EMDR journey or seeking certification, she offers structured, supportive, and personalized consultation to help you grow with confidence.

Carlyn Parker, LPC, Consultant in Training

Carlyn earned her counseling degree in 2010 and, after years of balancing parenting with community engagement through volunteer work and peer support groups, returned to clinical practice with a deepened commitment to trauma-informed care and relational healing. Inspired by her mother’s legacy as an educator, Carlyn brings a natural sense of curiosity, patience, and encouragement to her work, not only with clients but also with fellow clinicians.

Since joining Infinite in December 2021, Carlyn has taken a lead role in mentoring and supporting other therapists within the collaborative EMDR practice. She plays an active part in staffing and clinical consultation, offering guidance rooted in empathy, insight, and a spirit of collaboration. Carlyn is especially passionate about nurturing the growth of clinicians who are navigating the dual roles of therapist and parent, providing a grounded and relatable perspective on professional development.

She believes that healing and learning are deeply interconnected, and she is honored to walk alongside others as they grow into confident, attuned EMDR therapists.
