Infinite Healing and Wellness is considered an out-of-network provider that creates a superbill for each of our clients to submit to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. 

Since we are out-of-network, a referral from a healthcare provider is not required, payments can be made using HSA or Flex spending account cards, Care Credit cards or any major debit or credit cards and our recommendation is to always check with your insurance provider about what out-of-network coverage you have available. 

Our rates for sessions are based on our counselors’ specialized trainings, licensures, experience and what services are being provided. 

The intake session is a one-time, flat rate of $205 for the hour then each session thereafter ranges. Sessions with a Masters Level Intern or Pre-Licensed Therapist is a rate of $100 for an hour. Sessions with our Licensed Associated Counselors (LAC) vary from $160 - $165 for an hour. Sessions with Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) vary from $175 - $250 for an hour. For couples or family sessions it can vary from $195 - $270 for an hour. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions, any prolonged sessions and Biocommunication can all vary but will be clarified to client prior to sessions starting. These rates do not include any additional fees or taxes. 

Infinite Healing and Wellness does not provide any money back guarantees or refunds due to the nature of its services. Refunds (if any) are at the absolute discretion of Infinite Healing and Wellness.
