Choosing a therapist is the first step in your mental health journey and one I believe takes courage. I have a passion for mental health as I have personally gone on this journey, and it has been such a tremendous healing experience for myself and my family. As a therapist, I feel listening to and acknowledging another’s human experience is one of the greatest services I can provide, and I feel privileged to be part of your journey and help you feel heard.

 

When we are struggling in various ways, our mental health status creates a ripple effect which impacts our physical health, our professional lives, and our personal relationships. My strengths are helping you find the tools and coping skills that will lead to better relationships, mental health, and trust in your own capabilities.

 

I have worked with various ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. My passion is helping individuals struggling with addictions, trauma, mental health issues and grief. It is important to me that you find therapy to be a safe space where you feel heard and find healing. Therapies I utilize to provide individual growth, healing, and lasting change are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy.

 

Just as every client has their own life experiences, traumas, and issues, every client has unique strengths which you will learn to appreciate and recognize. It is my greatest desire to help you on your journey to experience better mental health, positive change, and hope in your future story.
