Life can be difficult and a challenge to navigate at times, but I believe we all have the strength, courage, and resilience to grow, heal, and live a fulfilling life. Therapy can feel like an intimidating first step, but my goal is to meet every client that comes in with warmth and an understanding that I will meet you wherever you are and work together to reach your goals.
I feel fortunate to have lived in a few different states and countries in my life, and I feel that my experiences with other people and cultures have given me unique insights into my life and into my practice as a therapist. I am EMDR trained and incorporate other aspects in my therapeutic approach like Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, among others.
